Rental is so expensive now.

Yesterday, I have looked some rental town house or unit. That is so expensive. The cheapest still needs $210 and somethings. I remeber the rent five years ago was much lower than $200, a nice townhouse is only costed $180.

I live in brisbane by myself.
I got a flu and ferver now.

6pm at city

If I were in Hong Kong, 6pm, everywhere should be very very busy. All shops still open. Maybe, I will phone to some friends. We will talk about where for dinner.

But tonight, I was in Brisbane city. I was rushing to home. Most of shops are closed.

That is so different.

We need more water!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope the two new dams can build as soon as possible. This can be relief of our water restriction.

Brisbane's the best restaurant

Recently, I have talked with my colleagues about this topic. I think that is Eden Coffee in Sunnybank park. But the owner has sold this coffee. After the owner changed, I have not gone to there for long long time.

The other resturant I like, but that is not in Brisbane. That is the Japanese resturant in Clock hotel. The food is so fresh.

The people without Summer

Have you met any one have been not summer for 5 years? I know a lot. There are a lot of Hong Kong students in Australia. They go back Hong Kong every summer holidays in Australia. They go back Hong Kong before Dec. That is not an offical start of Australia and is the Winter in Hong Kong. They go back Australia around March. The hottest Summer is gone by March.

They are the people without Summer.

I have been asked a question ,"Where are you from?", thousands of times.
Evey times, I say , "I am from Hong Kong." But Am I a Chinese or a "Hong Kong Person"?

My friends come to the ceremony. He gave me some aussie food as a grift. Yeah, but after the ceremony , we went to Sunnybank eating chinese food......

Australian Value

Today I came to citizenship ceremony. The Lord Mayor gave his speech about the "Australian Values". He defined the "Australian Values" is "Fair GO". They don't care about where the people came from, what kind of personal believe. If the people are willing to contribute to Australia Community, obey the law in australia and liberalities in Australia. Everyone can still keep their own culture and believes. That's a good speech.
